Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SmartEskwela, including the school admin portal, teacher portal, student portal, parent portal, and related add-ons. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and Access
Schools are responsible for account setup, role assignment, and credential confidentiality. You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful school operations.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SmartEskwela, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
4. School Data
Schools retain ownership of their academic and operational data. SmartEskwela processes data to provide services, security, analytics, and support. School tenants are logically isolated.
5. Subscriptions and Add-ons
Paid plans and add-ons may renew on recurring billing cycles unless canceled. Feature access depends on the active plan and add-on status. Trial periods, if offered, expire automatically.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and third-party outages may affect availability.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, or non-payment. Schools may request account closure subject to billing and data retention obligations.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
SmartEskwela is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
